Tell the office your train operator and departure time, along with the earlier time you want to reach the station. Allow for finding your departure area inside Victoria. Rail services may be Gatwick Express, Southern or Southeastern; Victoria Underground connects with the Victoria, District and Circle lines.
Start from your KT4 address
Worcester Park station is on Malden Road, Worcester Park, KT4 7NB. If you travel by rail from there, consider how you will reach the station from your address with your luggage, as well as the onward journey to Victoria.
With KB Cars, your pre-booked pickup starts at your chosen KT4 address and takes you to Victoria railway station. You will still need to allow time to reach your onward departure area inside the station.

For a separate return from London Victoria to KT4, give the office your arriving train operator or service, travel date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the collection. A requested change is not agreed until the office accepts and confirms it. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Include your train service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at Victoria. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms acceptance by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility and access needs when arranging the journey.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
