Your quote reflects the journey: travel date and time, Heathrow terminal, exact Worcester Park destination, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us about your flight, passengers and luggage so we can arrange a suitable car.
Heathrow parking is not included in the fare. Pay Heathrow’s charge at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they pay it.
ARRIVING AT HEATHROW
From flight checks to the meeting place, our office helps arrange the pickup around your arrival.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks your flight against its actual arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once the job is assigned. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or agree another meeting place with the office or driver before or around arrival. Ask for a name board if useful. Parking is separate.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you expect to need longer, arrange later entry before pickup. Tell the office or driver if immigration, baggage or a runway delay holds you up, so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting; agree the applicable terms when booking.

Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office your child’s age, height and weight and the seat requirements, and allow space for the seat and any pushchair. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. The driver can delay entering the terminal to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, not unlimited free waiting; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full Worcester Park destination address, postcode and any entrance or access details when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Your existing booking can move to the new flight without a flight-change charge. Contact the office with the new details; if the change involves a different airport or destination, the revised journey and fare need to be agreed.
