Share your flight and preferred airport-arrival time when agreeing the pickup. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight, or two hours before a domestic or Europe flight; check your airline’s requirements too. This is an airport-arrival target, not your home pickup time.
Check your flight’s terminal

The SL7 Superloop serves Worcester Park and Heathrow Central. Heathrow Central is not a direct stop for Terminals 4 or 5, so you will need an onward connection for either terminal.

Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV adds passenger seats but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, a child seat or a booster seat. Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs, and agree the arrangement and price before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from the address you book, including your home if that is where you are leaving from. Worcester Park station is an alternative starting point for public transport, not the default private-hire pickup.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car; neither does a payment attempt. You can contact the 24-hour office for help with your arrangements without installing an app.
Can I arrange help with luggage or airport assistance?
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and vehicle. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
For assistance at Heathrow, the airport asks passengers to arrange it through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
