A pre-booked car starts at your Worcester Park home or hotel and takes your party and bags to the booked Gatwick terminal. You can discuss extra stops and a return with the office.
For rail, Worcester Park station is on Malden Road, Worcester Park, KT4 7NB, and is served by South Western Railway. At the Gatwick end, Southern connects with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. These connections do not establish a direct Worcester Park–Gatwick train: plan the walk from your address, any interchange, and the timetable and fare for your date.
Gatwick’s railway station is at South Terminal. If your flight leaves from North Terminal, allow for the free inter-terminal shuttle.

Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, while an estate offers more luggage space and an MPV is an option for a larger party.
Tell the office the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Mini Van and luxury options are available by enquiry; discuss the full requirements before choosing.
Can I travel with a child seat?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the relevant child and seat details and ask about the charge when arranging your airport booking.
Can I get help with my bags or getting to the car?
Yes. The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell us what help you need so we can coordinate a suitable arrangement.
If you need an optional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office in advance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair can travel as luggage where suitable.
When is my transfer confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Contact our office if you need to discuss the arrangement.
