KB Cars normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Give us your contact details, agree the meeting arrangements and ask for a name board if you would like one. If you and your driver cannot find each other, the office can help.

Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and Victoria; Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International; Gatwick Express runs between Gatwick and Victoria. Plan the onward connection to Worcester Park and the walk to your actual address separately.

A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, while an estate offers more luggage space and an MPV can accommodate a larger party. Ask the office about your requirements; Mini Van and Luxury options are by enquiry.
Parking is not automatically included, and waiting can be chargeable. KB normally uses Short Stay for an inside-arrivals meeting; ask the office to confirm the parking and waiting terms and applicable charges for your journey.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. You can contact the 24-hour office to discuss the arrangement without installing an app.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any charge separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair can travel as luggage where suitable.
