London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ; Marylebone Underground is on the Bakerloo line. Give us your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train departure time. Allow time to enter the station and reach your onward departure facilities.
A pre-booked pickup from your KT4 address takes you directly to Marylebone, so you do not need to reach a local station with your luggage or change services along the way. You will still need to make your way inside Marylebone to your departure facilities.
Worcester Park station is on Malden Road, Worcester Park, KT4 7NB. If you are comparing rail options from there, remember to allow for the journey from your own address to the station.

An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; for a larger party, ask about a six-passenger vehicle or enquire about seven- and eight-plus-passenger options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell us the number and sizes of your cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusually large item, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
A return collection can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, service origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office rather than assuming it is the station assistance meeting point.

We quote for your specific journey, including the addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage details, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Tell us about any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the car, including any accompanying carer or folding wheelchair.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
