BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Give the office your train details and the time you need to reach the station, not just your departure time.
Eurostar uses the international departure area in the Arcade at St Pancras International. EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. St Pancras and King's Cross are separate railway stations, although they share a connected Underground station.
Eurostar advises Standard and Plus passengers travelling from London to follow the arrival time on their ticket, allowing for ticket, security and border checks. The ticket-check deadline is not an arrival target. Download your ticket near travel day for current advice, as guidance can differ by route and class.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate can be useful for extra luggage; for a group, the office can discuss a six-passenger vehicle or a seven- or eight-plus-passenger option.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The right vehicle depends on the whole party and its luggage together.
YOUR KT4 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your KT4 address, so you do not need to make a separate journey to Worcester Park station with your luggage. The station is on Malden Road if you are considering rail instead; allow for getting there from your actual address.
Our office is available 24 hours to discuss your journey, vehicle and any extra stop. You do not need to install an app to make an enquiry.
RETURN JOURNEY
For collection from St Pancras International, give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable meeting point separately; a return booking does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your train or plans change, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request a change. The office will confirm whether it accepts the revised arrangement; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

The quote is based on your specific journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance inside St Pancras is a separate arrangement with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Lifts provide step-free access to all platforms.
Tell the office about mobility, boarding or luggage needs so suitable help can be arranged. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance; this does not limit any required disability assistance. If you need an additional escort inside, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
No. Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
