Allow time to reach your train
The street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which are above the main entrance level. Tell us your train operator and service and the time you want to arrive at the station. This arrival target is not your train departure time: allow time to leave the car and reach the departure area.
Start from your KT4 address
A pre-booked car can collect you from your address in Worcester Park or elsewhere in KT4, so you do not need to get yourself and your luggage to Worcester Park station on Malden Road first.
At London Bridge you will still need time to get from the agreed entrance to the departure area. Tell the office about your bags and any access needs so the car journey can be planned around you.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another option, and you can enquire about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Arrange a separate return to KT4
For a return from London Bridge to KT4, give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. We will agree your car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train, exit or plans change, call 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to agree and confirm any revised arrangements; a request alone does not change your booking. Applicable waiting or changes can affect the cost.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Mention any extra stop or return you want to arrange.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside the station, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
