Choose the station side and an arrival target that give you time to reach your onward train.
London Bridge has approaches on Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach. Tell the office which street side suits your journey so the drop-off can be agreed; they are distinct approaches, not interchangeable meeting points.
Tell the office your train operator, service and requested arrival time at London Bridge. Allow time between the car arrival and train departure to reach your platform. The street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which are above the main entrance level.
A pickup from your KT5 address saves you the journey to Berrylands station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way through London Bridge to your onward platform.
If you are comparing your options, Berrylands station is on Chiltern Drive, Berrylands, KT5 8LS. National Rail classifies its step-free access as category C; check the relevant platform access and assistance for your journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage together. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is another group option, with bags considered alongside passenger numbers.
Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
A return from London Bridge to KT5 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately rather than assuming it is the outward drop-off.
If your train or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 and ask the office to confirm any revised arrangements. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
Request a quote online or call the office. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs, including any accompanying carer. When arranged in advance, guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Ask about any optional escort inside the station and agree the help and any charge separately; this does not affect required assistance. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
