BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Plan your station arrival around your onward train and the help you need.
Tell us your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at the station. Allow time to enter and reach your departure area. Network Rail identifies the APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road; its drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted.
London Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell our office about your mobility needs when planning the car journey.
FROM BERRYLANDS
A pre-booked pickup from your KT5 address takes you to London Paddington without first travelling to Berrylands station with your luggage. You will still need to allow for walking inside Paddington to your onward departure area.
If comparing public transport, Berrylands station is on Chiltern Drive, KT5 8LS. National Rail classifies its step-free access as category C; check the applicable platform access and assistance for your journey.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office. An estate is worth discussing for extra luggage; executive, minivan and luxury options are also available to enquire about. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; enquire about seven or eight-plus passengers. The office will confirm a suitable arrangement for your party and luggage together.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. An accompanying carer needs a seat too.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange your London Paddington to KT5 collection separately. Give our office your arriving train operator or service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. We will agree a suitable meeting point for the car.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm that it has accepted any revised arrangement; waiting or changes may affect the cost.

Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
