Allow time to reach the right terminal and prepare for boarding, not just to arrive at the station.
Set a station-arrival target
Departures and Arrivals are separate. Check your coach operator’s requested arrival or check-in time and use it, rather than the departure time alone, to plan your car journey. Enter Departures and check the station monitors for your gate; contact the operator for timetable enquiries.
Start from your KT5 address
Berrylands station is on Chiltern Drive, KT5 8LS. If you travel by public transport, getting there from home and carrying your luggage through the rest of the journey are part of your plans.
With pre-booked private hire, KB Cars collects you from your agreed KT5 address and takes you to Victoria Coach Station. You will still need to make your way through the station to departures.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate may be worth considering for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; ask the office about seven- or eight-passenger vehicles.
Choose around the whole party and its luggage, not just the seats. Tell us the number and size of cases and cabin bags, and about any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Arrange your return to KT5
A return from Victoria Coach Station can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service, date and expected arrival time, your KT5 destination and a contact number. Discuss when you expect to be ready, and agree the car meeting point with the office.
If your coach is delayed or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request a change and confirm with the office whether the revised arrangements have been accepted. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

How do I get a quote and book?
Request a quote for your exact journey. The price reflects the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras or stops.
Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date, passenger and luggage details, coach service and requested station-arrival time. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss the help in advance so a suitable driver can attend. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
For station assistance, contact your coach operator. There is a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters are available; porter help is not included in the KB booking. If you need an additional escort inside, the office can discuss the task and agree the arrangements and any cost.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
