ARRIVING AT EUSTON
Plan time to get from the car to your departure point, and arrange any railway assistance separately.
London Euston is on Euston Road, NW1 2RT. Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Allow time from the set-down point to enter the station and reach your departure facilities.
For assistance inside Euston, contact your train operator as well as telling KB Cars about help needed for the car journey. Operators listed at the station include Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper.
PLAN YOUR PICKUP
Your train departure time is not the time to arrive at Euston. Check your operator’s arrival guidance and allow time to enter the station, find your departure area and use any assistance you have arranged. Give our office your requested station-arrival time as well as your train details so we can plan the pickup.
For a pickup in SE1, give us the exact address and a practical collection point. Waterloo and London Bridge are separate stations: if you are starting at either one, tell us which station and where you plan to meet the car.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, and about any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
COMING BACK TO SE1
For a return from London Euston to SE1, tell us your arriving train operator or service, where it is coming from, the date and expected arrival time, your destination and a contact number. Our office will agree a suitable car meeting point separately; the outward booking does not automatically reserve your return.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to confirm whether it can accept the revised arrangement and whether the charge will change.

We quote for the actual journey and vehicle you need. Send your full SE1 pickup address, Euston destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference so the quote reflects your plans.
Arrange railway assistance with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs for the car journey too. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
