SE1 to London Bridge station transfers

Travel from Waterloo, South Bank or another SE1 address to London Bridge station. Get a quote for your journey and choose a vehicle for your party and luggage, with help from our 24-hour office.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your arrival at London Bridge

Allow time between your station arrival and train departure, including time to reach the platform or arrange assistance.

Agree the station side

London Bridge has entrances around Tooley Street and St Thomas Street; Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are separate station-side facilities. Tell the office which side you need and agree a suitable drop-off rather than treating the locations as interchangeable.

Allow time to reach your platform

The street-level concourse connects with all platforms, which are above the main entrance level. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse. Include the time you need to reach your platform in your requested station-arrival time.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, including suitcase and cabin-bag sizes, pushchairs or folding equipment. A six-passenger vehicle is offered; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options and the space needed for bags.

RETURN JOURNEY

Arrange your return to SE1

For a separate return from London Bridge to SE1, give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Agree the exit and car meeting point with the office; it need not be the outward drop-off point.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised arrangements with the office. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

London Bridge transfer questions

Plan the car journey alongside your rail departure.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote is based on your actual journey and vehicle needs. Send your full SE1 pickup address, destination, date, passenger and luggage details, and any extra stop or vehicle preference. If you are starting near Waterloo station, specify your actual pickup address: Waterloo and London Bridge are separate stations.

Give us your train operator and service, departure time and the time you want to arrive at London Bridge. Allow for getting to the platform and any assistance you need; the train departure time is not the car arrival target. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway assistance with your train operator separately; booking the car does not arrange it. The Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.

Tell our office about your mobility, boarding or luggage needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discussing your needs in advance helps us coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and space for a folding chair with the office.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
