An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility or boarding needs when planning the transfer.
The office can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Let us know what help you need so we can coordinate it; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
