PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Choose the right destination and allow for your coach operator’s arrival and check-in requirements.
Victoria Coach Station is at 164 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 9TP, separate from Victoria rail and Underground stations. Give us the arrival time requested by your coach operator, rather than just the departure time, so the office can plan your pickup.
Departures and Arrivals are separate terminals. For an outward coach, go to Departures and follow the monitors to your gate. Ask your coach operator about check-in, timetable enquiries and any service-specific assistance.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also offered; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger options.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
YOUR SE1 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you at your SE1 address and takes you to Victoria Coach Station, avoiding a separate rail journey and the walk from Victoria rail station. Follow the departure information to your gate.
Waterloo and London Bridge are separate interchanges. If your pickup is at either station or another large building, tell the office the exact location and entrance so you can agree a practical meeting point.
RETURN JOURNEYS
A return can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and mobile number. We will agree the car meeting point with you separately from the outward drop-off.
If your coach or plans change, call the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888. The office can review the arrangement and confirm any accepted change and revised charge.

A quote reflects your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full SE1 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage, along with your coach service and the operator’s requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
Station assistance is separate from your car booking, so ask your coach operator about the help you need. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in a KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
