Arriving at London Victoria railway station
Choose the right Victoria destination and allow time between your car arrival and train departure.
Set your station-arrival target
Tell us your train operator and service, its departure time and the time you would like to arrive at the station. Allow for finding your departure area and any assistance you need. Network Rail lists Wilton Road for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only.
A pickup from your SE1 address
Waterloo and London Bridge are separate interchanges, and your starting point in SE1 matters. A pre-booked car takes you from your chosen pickup address to Victoria railway station, without first travelling to another station with your luggage.
You will still need to make your way through Victoria to your onward departure area. Consider that walk when choosing your station-arrival target.

Room for your party and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; for seven or more passengers, enquire with the office.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss the vehicle around the combined party and load, rather than seat count alone.
Returning from Victoria to SE1
Arrange the return collection separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it starts, travel date and expected arrival time, and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; the outward drop-off point is not automatically your return meeting point.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 and confirm the revised arrangement with the office. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey and vehicle you need. Send your full SE1 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs as well.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; tell the office in advance where possible. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
