SE1 to London Waterloo station transfers

Pre-book from Waterloo, South Bank or London Bridge. Get a quote based on your journey and vehicle, with help planning your arrival from our 24-hour office.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your Waterloo station arrival

Allow time between your car arrival and train departure for getting into the station and to your platform.

Consider your access route

Network Rail lists step-free access from Waterloo’s main concourse to the platforms and identifies exits 1, 2 and 3 as step-free routes. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line. Tell our office about your access needs so we can discuss a suitable drop-off.

Set your station-arrival target

Give the office your train operator and the time you want to arrive at the station, rather than only your train departure time. If you need Passenger Assistance, arrange it with your train operator; its meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.

YOUR SE1 PICKUP

Start at your address, not another station

London Bridge and London Waterloo are separate rail interchanges, even though both are in SE1. Tell us your exact pickup address and confirm London Waterloo as your destination so the office can plan the right journey.

Whether you are starting near London Bridge, South Bank or Waterloo, we can collect from your address. Let us know the building or entrance and any access needs; the office can agree a practical pickup point with you.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is also offered; larger groups can enquire about seven- or eight-passenger options.

Tell us the size and number of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair or folding wheelchair. We will consider the whole party and its luggage together when arranging a suitable vehicle.

RETURN JOURNEY

Arrange a separate return to SE1

For collection from London Waterloo to SE1, give the office your arriving service and its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, your destination and a contact number. We will agree the car meeting point separately; it is not automatically the Passenger Assistance meeting point.

If your train is delayed or your exit or other plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. Request the change and agree the revised arrangement and any charge with the office.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before you book

The essentials for your car journey and onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

Your quote reflects the particular journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage details. Include your train service and requested station-arrival time, and mention any extra stop.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway Passenger Assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the car.

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Let the office know in advance so it can arrange suitable help. An additional escort inside a building can be discussed separately and may be free or carry an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
