What do you need for a quote?
We quote for the journey you need. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and pickup time, passenger and luggage details, train service and desired station arrival time. Include any extra stop so it can be reflected in the quote.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB Cars confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Liverpool Street is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs when planning the car journey.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
