Agree the station side
Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are different parts of the London Bridge station area. Agree the arrival side with the office rather than assuming there is one street-level drop-off point.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Agree your drop-off side and allow time to reach your departure facilities.
Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are different parts of the London Bridge station area. Agree the arrival side with the office rather than assuming there is one street-level drop-off point.
The street-level concourse connects to all platforms, which sit above the main entrance level. Give the office your train departure and your operator’s requested station-arrival target, leaving time to enter, find your way and reach your departure facilities with your bags.
YOUR SW13 PICKUP
A home pickup saves you the trip to a local station with your luggage. At London Bridge, allow time to make your way to your departure facilities.
If your pickup is at a local station, Barnes on Station Road and Barnes Bridge on The Terrace are different stations. Specify which one you need. Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic, so it cannot be used as a driving route.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with bags considered alongside the passengers. Ask the office about seven-passenger or larger vehicles.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of bags, including any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle; a particular model is not guaranteed.
COMING HOME
A return from London Bridge to SW13 is arranged separately, with its own agreed meeting point. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call the office on 020 8870 8888 to request a change and obtain confirmation that the revised arrangement has been accepted.
GOOD TO KNOW
The details that help you plan the car and the onward rail journey.
The quote is tailored to your addresses, timing, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage details, along with your train service, departure and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. When KB accepts your booking, it sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell the office about mobility or boarding needs when arranging the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair can travel as luggage where suitable. Discuss any additional escort inside the station and its arrangements and cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
