ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate can be useful for extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group. Ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.

Tell us the number of passengers and the sizes and counts of cases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the combined load.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your arrival at Marylebone

Allow time between your station arrival and train departure for the walk to your platform and any assistance you need.

Station entrance and access

London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Its railway platforms have step-free access, and there is a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Tell us if access needs affect your arrival.

Set your station-arrival target

Give the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at the station, not just the train departure time. If you arrange assistance with Chiltern, its meeting point is at the ticket barriers.

LOCAL JOURNEY PLANNING

From your SW13 address to the station

A pre-booked home pickup avoids getting yourself and your luggage to a local station before travelling on to Marylebone. Give us your exact pickup address so the office can plan the journey and quote for it.

Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic, even though it may be used on foot. If comparing your journey with rail, Barnes station on Station Road and Barnes Bridge station on The Terrace are different starting points; check which one suits your journey.

RETURN JOURNEYS

Returning from Marylebone to SW13

For a separate return from London Marylebone to SW13, send the office your arriving train operator and service, travel date, scheduled arrival time and contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point separately; do not assume it is at a platform, rank or particular bay.

If your train is delayed or your exit changes, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss a revised collection and obtain confirmation of any accepted change. A separate return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

Your station transfer questions

Practical answers for your car journey and onward train.

What do you need for a quote?

The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plans. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm your booking. KB confirms acceptance by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs too.

KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building with the office, including the task and any agreed cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
