Set your station arrival target
Tell the office your rail operator and the time you want to reach the station, not just your train’s departure time. At Victoria, Wilton Road is for set-down and collection; Terminus Place is set-down only.
A pickup from your SW13 address
A pre-booked car collects you from your address in Barnes or Castelnau, so you do not need to take your luggage to a local station first. Allow time to reach your departure area at Victoria.
Barnes station on Station Road and Barnes Bridge station on The Terrace are different starting points. If either is relevant to your plans, name the station rather than just saying Barnes. Hammersmith Bridge is closed to motor traffic, even where a walking route uses it.

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. Choose for the whole party and its luggage together: an estate may suit extra luggage, while a six-passenger vehicle is a group option, with bags considered alongside the seats. Ask the office about seven- or eight-passenger options.
Share the number and size of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
RETURN TO SW13
Arrange a separate return to SW13
For collection from London Victoria to SW13, tell the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; Wilton Road permits collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call the 24-hour office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss the change and confirm the revised arrangement with the office. A change is not agreed until KB accepts it. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Request a quote online or call the office on 020 8870 8888; no app installation is needed. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside the station is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs so the car journey can be planned appropriately.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
