PRE-BOOKED STATION TRANSFERS

SW13 to London Waterloo private hire

Travel from Barnes, Castelnau or elsewhere in SW13 to Waterloo with a pickup arranged around your train. Get a journey-specific quote and choose a vehicle for your party and luggage.

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL

Plan your Waterloo arrival

Allow time to reach your platform or onward connection after the car journey.

Set your station arrival target

Give the office your train operator and service, and the time you want to arrive at Waterloo—not just the train's departure time. Mention any step-free needs. Waterloo lists step-free routes from the main concourse to the platforms and identifies exits 1, 2 and 3 as step-free.

Connecting to the Underground

Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. Mention your onward connection when arranging the transfer, particularly if luggage or step-free movement matters.

LOCAL PLANNING

Your starting point in SW13

A pre-booked pickup from your address saves the first leg to a local station and the need to carry bags there. You will still need to make your way inside Waterloo to your platform or onward connection.

Barnes station is on Station Road, while Barnes Bridge station is on The Terrace; they are distinct stations. National Rail classifies Barnes as step-free category B1 and Barnes Bridge as category C. Check the applicable access details if considering a local station, especially with luggage or mobility needs.

ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY

Choose room for people and luggage

Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth asking about for extra luggage. Executive, minivan and luxury options are also available to discuss. A six-passenger vehicle is available; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger options.

Give the office your party size and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The right choice depends on the combined load as well as the seats.

COMING BACK

Arrange a return from London Waterloo

Book your Waterloo to SW13 return separately with the office on 020 8870 8888. Give the arriving train operator and service, its origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. The office will agree an exit and car meeting point with you.

If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office as soon as possible so the revised arrangement can be agreed and confirmed. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.

GOOD TO KNOW

Station transfer questions

The essentials for your quote and onward journey.

What do you need for a quote?

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested Waterloo arrival time. Mention any extra stop or return you need.

An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

What if I need help inside the station?

Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Waterloo's Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.

Tell the office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and whether a folded chair and other luggage can be accommodated.

Does the transfer include my onward ticket?

Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
