London Euston is on Euston Road, NW1 2RT; it is not Euston Square Underground station. Network Rail lists set-down and collection points at Eversholt Street and Euston Square Gardens. Discuss the suitable drop-off with the office.
Tell the office your train operator, service and departure time, and the time you want to arrive at the station. Allow for getting from the drop-off to your departure area and for any assistance you have arranged. Euston operators include Avanti West Coast, London Northwestern Railway, London Overground and Caledonian Sleeper.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group, with space for bags considered alongside seats. Ask the office about seven- or eight-passenger options.
Give the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, and mention pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items. An accompanying carer needs a seat too. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle for the combined load.
YOUR SW5 PICKUP
Your pre-booked car can collect you from your SW5 address, including in Earl's Court or West Brompton, so you can start your journey to Euston with your luggage from your door.
Earl's Court Underground station is on Earl's Court Road; West Brompton's rail and Underground stations are on Old Brompton Road. They are distinct starting points, so give the office your exact pickup address rather than just a station or neighbourhood name.
RETURN COLLECTION
For a London Euston to SW5 return, give the office your arriving train operator and service, where it is coming from, the travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. The booker or an authorised contact can request a change; obtain confirmation that the revised arrangement has been accepted. If a time-critical message has not been acknowledged, call. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

If you need an additional escort through a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
