Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of your cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can help agree a suitable vehicle for the whole load.
BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Give yourself time at the station before your train departs, and make the destination clear when you book.
London King's Cross is on Euston Road, London N1 9AL, and is separate from St Pancras International. Tell us your train operator and service, and the time you want to arrive at King's Cross—not just the train departure time. Allow time to reach your platform and arrange any railway assistance you need.
Pancras Road has set-down areas on the island and station side. Ask the KB Cars office about the private-hire drop-off plan rather than assuming a particular stopping point.
A pre-booked car collects you from your SW5 address, so you don't have to take your luggage to a local station before travelling to King's Cross.
Earl's Court Underground Station is on Earl's Court Road, while West Brompton station is on Old Brompton Road. Give the office your exact pickup address and any access details so the driver can find the right starting point.
RETURN COLLECTION
A return from London King's Cross to SW5 can be arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, its origin, arrival date and time, and a contact number. Agree a suitable meeting point and collection time with the office.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. The office can review the arrangement. The booker or an authorised contact should request any revised collection and obtain confirmation that the change has been accepted.

Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW5 pickup address, destination, date, passengers and luggage, along with your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include your preferred pickup time if known, any extra stop and any vehicle preference.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. King's Cross has step-free access to all platforms, and its station guide provides lift and assistance information.
Tell the KB office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are available without charge; letting us know in advance helps us coordinate suitable help. An optional additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
