PLAN YOUR DEPARTURE
Your station arrival time is different from your train departure time.
Tell our office your train service and when you want to arrive at London Liverpool Street. Allow time to get from street level to the concourse and find your departure area; we can plan the pickup around your requested station arrival.
Liverpool Street has a lift between street level, mezzanine and concourse. Its Underground station serves the Central, Circle, Hammersmith & City and Metropolitan lines. Tell us about luggage or mobility needs when arranging your car.
YOUR SW5 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your SW5 address, so you do not need to make a separate trip to Earl's Court or West Brompton station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way from the drop-off into Liverpool Street station.
Earl's Court and West Brompton are distinct interchanges. Give us your full address and any useful entrance details so the office can arrange the right collection point. London Liverpool Street is on Bishopsgate, London EC2M 7PY.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The right choice depends on the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
COMING BACK
For a return from London Liverpool Street to SW5, give the office your arriving train operator or service, origin, travel date and scheduled arrival time, along with a contact number. Agree the exit and car meeting point separately with the office.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. The office can discuss the change and confirm any accepted revised arrangement; a request alone does not change the booking.

We quote for your actual journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and pickup time, passenger numbers and luggage. Include your train service, requested station-arrival time and any extra stop so the quote reflects your plans.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance inside the station separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs so we can discuss the car journey too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
