YOUR STATION ARRIVAL
Agree your station arrival target and street side with the office before you travel.
Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach are different sides of London Bridge, not interchangeable entrances. Tell us your train operator and departure details, and agree a suitable street side for your drop-off.
The street-level concourse connects with all platforms, which are above the main entrance level. Set your requested station-arrival time before your train departure, allowing time to walk from the agreed drop-off point and find your platform.
A pre-booked car can collect you from your SW5 address, so you do not need to reach an Underground station or change trains with your luggage. You will still need time to reach your platform inside London Bridge.
Earl's Court and West Brompton are distinct local interchanges. If either is your starting point, identify the exact station and pickup location: Earl's Court Underground Station is on Earl's Court Road, while West Brompton station is on Old Brompton Road. The office will agree a safe, lawful pickup point with you.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is a group option; ask the office about seven or eight-plus passengers.
Tell us the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
A return from London Bridge to SW5 is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree a car meeting point rather than assuming a platform, rank or bay.
If your train is delayed or your exit changes, contact the office on 020 8870 8888 to discuss and confirm the revised arrangement. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

The quote is based on your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full SW5 pickup address, destination, date and pickup time, passenger count and luggage details, plus any extra stops.
Give us your train operator and departure details and the time you want to arrive at London Bridge. An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a car; your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; the car booking does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An additional escort inside a building is a separate service whose arrangements and any cost are agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
