PLAN YOUR ARRIVAL
Choose a station-arrival target before your train departs, allowing time to reach your departure point and for any assistance you have arranged.
London Marylebone is at Melcombe Place, London NW1 6JJ. Chiltern lists step-free access to all railway platforms and a mobility set-down point at the station entrance. Tell our office about your access needs when arranging the journey.
Arrange any railway assistance with your train operator. Chiltern identifies the ticket barriers as its assistance meeting point. Give KB Cars your requested station-arrival time, not just your train departure time, so the car can be planned around your onward journey.
YOUR SW5 PICKUP
A home pickup around Earl's Court or West Brompton saves you the journey to an Underground station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way inside Marylebone to your onward departure.
Give us your exact pickup address rather than just SW5. If access to your door is difficult, discuss a practical pickup point and any help you need with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, mini van and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, consider bags as well as seats when choosing the vehicle.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so we can agree a suitable arrangement.
RETURN JOURNEYS
A return collection is arranged separately. Give our office your arriving Chiltern Railways service and its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, plus your mobile number. We will agree the car meeting point with you; it is separate from the railway assistance meeting point.

We quote for your particular journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and time, passenger count and luggage details. Include your train service, departure and requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB Cars confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. Chiltern's assistance meeting point is at the ticket barriers.
Tell our office what help you need with the car journey. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are available without charge; advance notice helps us arrange suitable help. An optional additional escort inside the station is assessed separately: agree the arrangements and any charge with the office. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss boarding and luggage needs with us.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
