London Paddington is on Praed Street. The APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road is separate from the rank approach, and Network Rail’s drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted. Give the office your train operator and service, and the time you want to arrive at the station—not just the train’s departure time.
Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off point on the deck above platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance, and tell our office about your mobility and drop-off needs when arranging the car.
YOUR SW5 PICKUP
A pre-booked car collects you from your address in SW5, including Earl’s Court and West Brompton, so you do not need to carry your luggage to a local station first. You will still need to make your way inside Paddington to your departure area.
Give the office your exact pickup address and any access details that will help the driver find you. Earl’s Court Underground Station is on Earl’s Court Road; West Brompton station is on Old Brompton Road, so specify the right location if a station is your starting point.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with our office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; for a group, consider the combined passenger and bag load rather than seats alone.
Tell us how many suitcases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can discuss a suitable vehicle for the whole party.
RETURN JOURNEY
Book your return separately with the arriving train operator and service, travel date, expected arrival time and a contact number. Our office will agree a lawful meeting point with you; the outward booking does not automatically reserve the same car or driver for the return.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, contact KB Cars on 020 8870 8888. Ask the office to accept and confirm any revised arrangement and charge.

Your quote is based on the actual journey, including the addresses, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full SW5 pickup address and destination, passenger and luggage details, train operator and service, and your requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility needs too, so we can discuss the car and drop-off arrangements.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
