What do you need for a quote?
Your quote reflects the exact journey and the vehicle needed. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and pickup time, passenger count and luggage. Include your coach service and its requested station-arrival time, and tell us about any extra stop.
What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is a separate arrangement with your coach operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in the KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
