Set your station arrival target
Allow time between your requested station arrival and train departure to enter the station and reach your departure area. Wilton Road is a set-down and collection point; Terminus Place is set-down only. Discuss the drop-off and your arrival target with the office.
Pickup from your SW5 address
A car from home means you do not first need to reach a local station with your luggage. You will still need to make your way through Victoria railway station to your departure area.
Give the office your exact pickup address in Earl's Court, West Brompton or elsewhere in SW5. If reaching the door or a proposed pickup point is difficult, discuss your needs so the office and driver can agree a practical, safe alternative.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Room for your party and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate can be useful for extra luggage; six-passenger vehicles are also offered, with luggage considered alongside the group. Ask the office about seven or more passengers.
Share the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a suitable vehicle for the whole load, not just the number of seats.
Returning from London Victoria to SW5
Arrange the return separately and give the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, travel date, scheduled arrival time and a contact number. Agree your exit and car meeting point with the office; Wilton Road is a collection point, while Terminus Place is set-down only.
If your train is delayed or your exit or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to discuss the revised arrangement and obtain confirmation that any change has been accepted. A separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote is based on your exact journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage, plus your train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return you would like arranged.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its confirmation by SMS and/or email.
What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance inside Victoria is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs so we can discuss the car journey too.
We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
