Allow time after the car drop-off to reach your departure area or assistance meeting point.
Waterloo lists step-free access from the main concourse to the platforms, and exits 1, 2 and 3 are identified as step-free. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line. Tell the office about your access needs when arranging the car and follow station signs to your departure facilities.
The Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator, and tell our office the time you need to reach the station.
YOUR OUTWARD JOURNEY
Your pre-booked car collects you from your address in Earl's Court or West Brompton and takes you to London Waterloo. You avoid carrying your luggage to an Underground station and through an interchange, although you will still need to reach your departure area inside Waterloo.
Give the office your train departure and the time you need to arrive at the station. Allow for the walk to your platform and any assistance arrangements, using your train operator's guidance where relevant; the station-arrival target is not the train departure time.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicles.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and size of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and its combined luggage.
RETURN JOURNEYS
For a separate return from London Waterloo to SW5, give the office your arriving train operator or service, its origin, travel date and expected arrival time, plus a contact number. Agree the car meeting point with the office; it is not automatically the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 to request an update and confirm the revised collection with the office. Waiting or changes may affect the cost.

The quote is based on your particular journey and vehicle needs. Send your full pickup address and destination, date and time, passenger numbers and luggage details, plus any extra stop.
Include your train service, its departure time and your requested station-arrival time. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange Passenger Assistance inside Waterloo separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. The meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.
Tell our office about your mobility and assistance needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss any additional escort inside a building and its possible cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
