BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Allow time between your car drop-off and train departure, including the walk to your departure area and any assistance you need.
London Paddington is on Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. Its road-access guidance identifies the APCOA car-park entrance on Bishops Bridge Road and says waiting is not permitted at drop-off. Tell our office your train departure and the time you want to arrive at the station; the two are not the same.
A staffed assistance drop-off point is listed on the deck above platform 12. Arrange station assistance with your train operator, preferably in advance; it is separate from your car booking. Tell our office about your mobility needs too, so the car arrangements can take them into account.
YOUR SW7 PICKUP
Gloucester Road Underground Station is on Gloucester Road, SW7 4SF. If you are considering public transport, allow for getting there from your starting address and carrying your luggage through the station and on to your rail departure area.
With KB Cars, you can arrange a direct pickup from your SW7 address to London Paddington. You will still need to allow time to get from the drop-off to your train.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; enquire about seven-passenger or larger vehicles.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Passenger seating and luggage space need to be considered together.
YOUR RETURN JOURNEY
For a separate return from London Paddington to SW7, give the office your arriving train operator or service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. We will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point with you; the outward drop-off does not establish the return collection point.
If your train or plans change, call KB Cars on 020 8870 8888 to request an update. Confirm that the office has accepted the revised arrangements and any change to the fare.

Your quote is based on the journey and vehicle you need. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger count and luggage details, along with your train service, departure time and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or vehicle preference. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking a car does not arrange it. Tell our office about your mobility and boarding needs when arranging the journey.
Ask us to arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair at no charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, we can discuss the task and agree any cost.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
