If you are travelling to the Royal College of Music venue-hire site on Prince Consort Road, distinguish it from the Royal Albert Hall across the road and give the building and entrance. There is no onsite visitor parking, and delivery bays need booking for venue hire; do not use a delivery bay as the passenger meeting point.
For a home, hotel or appointment, provide the full address and a proposed lawful meeting point. Put gate or buzzer details in your booking or a verified office conversation. If a door is closed or private access changes, stay reachable while the office and driver agree a safe alternative with you. Let us know if a passenger cannot walk far so we can discuss a workable meeting point and help.

Which station should I name for a South Kensington pickup?
Name the station and, if useful, the entrance or side where you will meet. South Kensington Underground Station is on Pelham Street, SW7 2NB; Gloucester Road Underground Station is on Gloucester Road, SW7 4SF.
What if I do not know when my event or appointment will finish?
You can contact the office when ready, reserve a driver to wait, or arrange a separate approximate return. A car booked when ready is subject to availability, not guaranteed immediately. Reserved waiting is chargeable under the agreed terms.
For a separate return, contact the office if you are delayed; waiting or changes may affect the cost. This option does not retain the outward driver or automatically secure the same vehicle.
Can you help a passenger who cannot walk far?
Yes. Tell the office about walking tolerance, entry needs and any accompanying carer so we can discuss a suitable meeting point and help. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance; this does not limit required disability assistance.
An optional escort inside a building can be discussed separately, including any agreed charge. Clinical care and weight-bearing lifting need separate competent arrangements. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a suitable folding wheelchair can travel as luggage.
