Your fare is quoted for the journey you request, based on the date and time, destination, passengers, luggage and any agreed vehicle requirements.
Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or reimburse your driver if they pay it. Waiting may also be chargeable; ask the office about the applicable terms.
ARRIVING AT HEATHROW
A little planning helps the office coordinate your arrival and onward journey.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the actual arrival before dispatch, and your driver tracks the flight after the job is assigned. Heathrow passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or the aircraft is delayed, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help keep parking costs down.
Share your full home or hotel address and postcode, plus any entrance or access details and extra stops. This helps the office plan the journey to the right door.
Choose your meeting option Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, and ask for a name board if you need one. Alternatively, agree another pickup place with the office before or around arrival. Parking remains separate.

South Kensington and Gloucester Road are distinct SW7 station addresses, both with Piccadilly-line access. If a station is your destination, specify which one; for a home or hotel, give the full address and entrance instead.

Give your flight and terminal details and ask for a name board if needed. Airport parking is payable separately; the office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon, while an MPV adds passenger seats but using them can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or unusual items, so the vehicle can be agreed for the whole load.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat, child seat or booster. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight and seat needs; agree the arrangement and any cost before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch or for late notice. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, so it is not unlimited or necessarily free; agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address and postcode, with any entrance or access details, when requesting your quote. Include additional stops so the office can quote for the journey you need.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details. If the airport or journey changes, the office must agree the change and provide a revised quote where appropriate.
