Give us your full South Kensington address and any relevant entrance, concierge or meeting-point details. Your car is arranged from the booked address, not automatically from a station. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Share your flight time and whether it is international, domestic or Europe. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic/Europe flight; also check your airline’s guidance. This is your airport-arrival target, not your home pickup time.
Heathrow passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5. Give us the terminal shown for your flight. If it changes, contact the office so the change and any revised fare can be agreed.
Starting at a station? A station can be your booked pickup point instead of your home. Name the station when requesting your quote.

These records cover 15 August 2024 to 14 August 2026 across our measured Heathrow work. They show experience arranging early airport journeys, not an on-time performance score.

Make the right arrangements for your party and flight.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat for birth to 12 months, a child seat for 9 months to 4 years, and a booster for 4 to 12 years.
Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements. Include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage needs, and agree the arrangement and applicable charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from the address you book, whether that is your home or a station. The local stations in the public-transport comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange suitable assistance. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately.
For assistance at Heathrow, arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; discuss a folding chair and your boarding needs with the office.
