Choose for passengers and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for a group; enquire about seven or more passengers. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage, not seats alone.
Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
Arrange a separate return to SW7
For collection from Victoria Coach Station back to SW7, give us the arriving coach operator and service, arrival date and time, and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point separately; a return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.
If your coach or plans change, call 020 8870 8888 to request an update. The office will confirm any accepted change and revised charge where applicable.

How do I get a quote for my SW7 to Victoria Coach Station transfer?

What if I need help inside the station?
Station assistance is separate from your car booking: arrange it with your coach operator. Victoria Coach Station has a Mobility Lounge by Gate 0 in Departures and luggage porters; porter help is not included in a KB booking.
Tell our office about your mobility and luggage needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; discussing this in advance helps us coordinate suitable help. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and coach ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
