Agree the station approach and an arrival target that leaves time to reach your train.
London Bridge guidance identifies facilities at Tooley Street, Bermondsey Street and Station Approach; these are different locations. Agree a suitable street-level drop-off point with the office rather than giving the station name alone.
Share your train operator and departure service, then agree a station-arrival target before the train leaves. The street-level concourse connects to platforms above the main entrance, so allow time to get to your platform. Tell the office about mobility needs and arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator.
YOUR TW8 PICKUP
A pre-booked car can collect you from your TW8 address, so you do not have to take your luggage to a local station first. Give the office the full address and a practical pickup point.
If your pickup is at a station, specify which one: Brentford station is on Station Approach, TW8 8DT, while Kew Bridge station is at Kew Bridge, TW8 9QS. They are distinct stations; agree the meeting point with the office.
ROOM FOR YOUR JOURNEY
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office; an estate is worth considering for extra luggage. You can also ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option; ask about seven or more passengers. The right choice depends on the whole party and its luggage together.
Tell us the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help agree a suitable vehicle.
COMING BACK
For a London Bridge to TW8 return, give the office your arriving train operator or service, travel date, expected arrival time and contact number. Agree the car meeting point separately, including the station side or exit.

Your quote reflects the actual journey. Send your full pickup address and destination, travel date and time, passenger numbers and luggage. Include your train service and requested station-arrival time, plus any extra stop or return you would like arranged.
Arrange railway assistance separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. At London Bridge, the Assisted Travel Lounge is beside the ticket office on the lower concourse.
Tell our office about your mobility needs. We can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge; discuss the help you need in advance so we can coordinate it.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
