KB Cars can collect from your address in Brentford or Kew Bridge, so you do not need to carry your luggage to a local station before travelling to Paddington.
If your pickup is near a station, give the office the exact address: Brentford station is on Station Approach, while Kew Bridge is a separate station. Tell us which entrance or collection point you need so the office can agree a practical pickup.

Choose room for people and luggage
Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. A six-passenger vehicle is an option for groups; ask the office about seven- or eight-plus passenger vehicles.
Tell us how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of cases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the combined load.
RETURN JOURNEY
Arrange the return to TW8
A return from London Paddington to TW8 is arranged separately. Give the office your arriving train operator, service and origin, travel date, expected arrival time and best contact number. The office will agree the car meeting point with you; it is not necessarily the outward drop-off point.
If your train is delayed or your plans or exit change, call 020 8870 8888 and agree the revised collection with the office. A change request is not itself confirmation of the new arrangement.

What do you need for a quote?
The quote reflects your particular journey and vehicle needs. Send your full TW8 pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop.
What if I need help inside the station?
Arrange assistance inside Paddington separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange railway assistance. Tell our office about your mobility needs too, preferably ahead of travel. If you would like an additional escort inside, the office can assess the task and agree any charge with you.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
