For a return from London Victoria to TW8, request a separate collection with your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, plus a contact number. The office will agree a lawful, accessible car meeting point and relevant exit with you; a separate return does not automatically retain your outward driver or vehicle.

What do you need for a quote?

What if I need help inside the station?
Railway assistance is arranged separately with your train operator; booking the car does not arrange it. Tell the office about your mobility or boarding needs so the car journey can be planned appropriately.
KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. If you need an additional escort inside a building, discuss the task and any agreed cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Does the transfer include my onward ticket?
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
