YOUR ONWARD CONNECTION
Give the office your train service and the time you want to arrive at Waterloo, not just the train departure. Allow time to reach your platform and arrange any station assistance.
Waterloo lists step-free routes from the main concourse to the platforms and via exits 1, 2 and 3. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Underground Jubilee line. Tell the office about your access needs so the drop-off can be planned with you.
Waterloo’s Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12. Arrange railway assistance with your train operator separately, and tell KB Cars what help you need for the car journey.
A home pickup takes you directly to Waterloo without first carrying your luggage to a local station. You will still need to make your way through Waterloo to your onward departure.
Brentford station is on Station Approach, while Kew Bridge is a separate station. Give us your exact pickup address rather than just the station or postcode district, so the office can plan and quote the journey you need.
VEHICLE CHOICE
Choose a vehicle around the whole party and its luggage. Discuss a saloon, estate or MPV with the office, or ask about executive, minivan and luxury options. An estate may suit extra luggage; a six-passenger vehicle is also an option, with luggage considered alongside the seats.
Tell us how many cases and cabin bags you have, their sizes and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Include an accompanying carer in the passenger count so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Arrange the return separately, even if you did not travel out with KB Cars. Give the office your arriving train operator and service, origin, date and scheduled arrival time, your TW8 destination and a contact number. The office will agree a suitable car meeting point with you; it is not automatically the same as the outward drop-off.
If your train or plans change, contact the office on 020 8870 8888. For a change to your booking, the booker or authorised contact should request it and obtain confirmation that the revised arrangement has been accepted. Waiting may be chargeable; ask the office about the terms for your collection.

Plan the car journey and your onward rail travel separately.
Your quote reflects the exact journey, vehicle and any agreed extras. Send your full pickup address, destination, date and time, passenger and luggage details, train service and requested station-arrival time. Include any extra stop or return plan. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB accepts it by SMS and/or email.
Arrange Passenger Assistance inside Waterloo with your train operator; your car booking does not arrange it. The meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12.
Tell the office about your mobility and boarding needs. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss a suitable arrangement if you use a wheelchair. An additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
Your car journey and rail ticket are separate bookings. Keep the service details to hand so the transfer can be arranged around the right departure.
