Tell us your flight time and whether it is international, domestic or Europe. Heathrow recommends arriving three hours before an international flight or two hours before a domestic or Europe flight; follow your airline’s guidance if different. This is your airport-arrival target, not your home pickup time.

Berrylands station is on Chiltern Drive, Berrylands, KT5 8LS. Allow for getting there with your luggage as well as any connections to Heathrow.

Choose your vehicle and make the arrangements that matter to your departure.
Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV offers more passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items, so the office can agree a suitable vehicle.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage plans. Agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from the address you book. Berrylands station is a public transport starting point to compare, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Can I arrange help with bags or getting to the car?
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office about your needs so it can arrange suitable help; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge is agreed with you. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office. For assistance at Heathrow, arrange this separately through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
