Your airport quote
Your quote is based on your Heathrow terminal, exact Berrylands destination, travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us your flight, passenger and luggage details so we can arrange the right journey.
Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s own price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they pay it for you. It is only rarely added to a card payment.
An enquiry or quote does not itself confirm a car. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
At the airport
From your flight to your final address, the office helps arrange the details.
The office checks your flight against its arrival before dispatch; your driver tracks it once the job is assigned. Heathrow’s passenger terminals are 2, 3, 4 and 5, so give us the terminal for your flight. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver enters the terminal and parks 20 minutes after your flight lands. If you want a later meeting, arrange it before pickup; the driver can enter later to help keep parking costs down. This is an operating aim, not a promise that you will be ready or met at a particular minute.
Give the full home or hotel address, postcode and any flat, entrance or access details. If you want to finish at Berrylands station instead, tell the office so the station is the agreed destination.
Prefer to meet inside arrivals? Request a name board or meet and greet inside arrivals when arranging your journey. There is no extra meet-and-greet service charge, although airport parking is separate. Otherwise, the pickup point is arranged before or around your arrival; we will stay in touch and advise on the options for your terminal.

You can request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge; airport parking is payable separately. Otherwise, the office will arrange a pickup point before or around your arrival. Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting options and stay in touch.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height or weight and the seat needed; include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage requirements and agree the arrangement before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are held up by immigration, bags or a delay on the aircraft. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting, however, and chargeable waiting can apply; agree the applicable terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address and postcode, along with any entrance or access details, when requesting your quote. Include any additional stops so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Contact the office with the new flight details. Your existing booking can move to the new flight without a charge for the flight change. If the new journey involves a different airport or destination, the office must agree the change and any revised fare.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, the office will discuss the task and agree any cost. KB does not currently have vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
