Share your travel date, flight number and preferred arrival time, and confirm whether you need Gatwick North or South Terminal. Tell us the total passenger count and the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the combined load.

If you compare rail, plan the local leg from TW8 as well as the airport-end connection. Southern links Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink connects with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Gatwick Express runs between London Victoria and Gatwick. These are airport-end connections, not a direct train from every TW8 address.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey starts at the address you give us, whether that is your home or hotel. Include the postcode, entrance and any additional stops; stations mentioned for comparison are not the default pickup.
Tell us the number of passengers and describe all the luggage together, including suitcase and cabin-bag sizes and any large or unusual items. The vehicle needs to suit the complete party and load, not just the number of seats.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to arrange one in advance. Give the office the child's age, relevant height, weight and seat requirements so availability and suitability can be confirmed. A charge may apply for a seat arranged by KB Cars.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
