KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided; agree the practical meeting point with the office. If you cannot find your driver, the office can help.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, with the entrance and any additional stops, so your driver knows where you need to go.
Consider the train instead Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Gatwick Express runs to Victoria, while Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. The railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Plan your interchange and final leg to Brentford, particularly if you have luggage.

Brentford and Kew Bridge are different stations, both listed with South Western Railway. If rail is part of your plan, identify the one you need: Brentford station is at Station Approach, Brentford, TW8 8DT; Kew Bridge station is at Kew Bridge, Kew, TW8 9QS.
Their platform access classifications differ: National Rail lists Brentford as step-free category A and Kew Bridge as category C. Check the applicable directions and current assistance information if access matters. For your private-hire journey, give us your actual destination and any walking or assistance needs.

Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can coordinate a suitable arrangement.
An additional escort inside a building is considered separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
