Vehicle choice, children and the details of your departure.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, along with any pushchair or unusual items, so the arrangement can be checked.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat for birth to 12 months, a child seat for 9 months to 4 years and a booster for 4 to 12 years.
Give the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements. Include the seat and any pushchair in your luggage needs, and agree the arrangement and any charge before travel.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Use the terminal your airline shows for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; your return flight may use a different terminal.
Pickup is from your booked address, including your home if that is what you arrange. Stations mentioned for public-transport comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need: guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Discuss any additional escort inside a building and agree the arrangements and any cost separately.
For assistance at Heathrow, the airport asks passengers to arrange it through their airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
