ARRIVAL PLAN
Our office helps arrange your meeting and onward journey around your flight.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks your flight before dispatch and your driver tracks it after the job is assigned. Ask for meet and greet inside arrivals with a name board if you would like it; otherwise, a pickup place is arranged before or around your arrival. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. If immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, tell the office or driver so entry can be delayed to help limit parking costs.
Give the full home, hotel or venue address, postcode and any entrance or access notes. This helps the driver plan the final approach.

ARRIVING IN CASTELNAU
The exact address matters for your final approach. Castelnau Library at 75 Castelnau, London, SW13 9RT is a useful reference if it is your destination. Hammersmith Bridge is open to pedestrians and cyclists but closed to motor traffic, so a walking route across it is not a car route.

Ask for meet and greet inside arrivals and your driver can meet you with a name board at no extra service charge. Heathrow parking is payable separately.
Otherwise, the office will advise on a meeting option and arrange the pickup place before or around your arrival. If you cannot find your driver, contact the office for help.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space.
Tell the office the number and size of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement. A Mini Van or Luxury vehicle is available by enquiry.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height and weight, and seat requirements; confirm the arrangement and price before travel.
Include the seat and any pushchair when considering space for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver if you are delayed. The driver can enter the terminal later to help limit parking costs, including when a plane is held on the runway.
Waiting outside is still waiting, not unlimited free waiting. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. Give the full destination address and postcode, with any entrance or access details, when requesting your quote. Include additional stops in the journey details.
Your booking can move to the new flight without a change charge. Contact the office with the new flight details. If the airport or destination changes, the new journey needs office acceptance and a revised quote where appropriate.
