Airport and station transfers

Appointments, visits and returns

For the OSO Arts Centre, the published entrance is 49 Station Road, Barnes SW13 0LF, on Barnes Green beside the pond behind Cote. It identifies the venue, not permission to stop there. Tell us your preferred meeting point and any walking needs so we can agree a safe, lawful collection.

A saloon suits ordinary journeys; ask about an estate if you have extra luggage. A six-passenger vehicle is available as a group option, with luggage considered alongside passengers. For seven or eight-plus passengers, enquire with the office. Tell us the passenger count, numbers and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, and whether you have a pushchair or folding wheelchair so we can discuss a suitable vehicle.

Can I give a venue entrance instead of just a street name?

Yes. Give the full address and the entrance or meeting point you need. A landmark or venue address does not give permission to enter private access or stop at a restricted point; if necessary, the office can agree a safe, lawful alternative with you. Stay reachable if access may change.

How should I plan a Barnes Bridge station journey?

Tell us which side or entrance you expect and any walking needs, along with your train details. Barnes Bridge station is at The Terrace, Barnes, Greater London, SW13 0NP. The office can discuss a workable meeting point; check current station guidance for access and assistance.

What if I do not know when an appointment or event will finish?

You have three choices: contact the office when ready, reserve the driver to wait under chargeable waiting terms, or agree an approximate separate return. A car requested when ready is subject to availability, while a separate return does not retain the outward car. If you are delayed for an agreed return, contact the office; waiting or changes can affect the cost.

Can you plan for limited walking, a child seat or a pet?

Yes. Tell the office about walking tolerance, entry needs, bags and any accompanying carer so a suitable arrangement can be discussed. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.

You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the child's relevant seat requirements. Disclose pets so a suitable driver and vehicle can be arranged; extra charges may apply. Pets in carriers usually have no extra charge, but still need to be declared. Assistance dogs are subject to separate duties and applicable exemptions.
