Compare the train from Earl's Court
Earl's Court Underground Station is on Earl's Court Road, London SW5 9QA. West Brompton Station, on Old Brompton Road, London SW5 9JX, is a separate interchange. For a Piccadilly line alternative, check the Heathrow branch and the terminal needed for your flight.
With the train you make your own way to the station and carry your bags through the station and onto the train. A pre-booked private hire instead collects you from your agreed address and takes you to your terminal.

Choose the right arrangement for your journey.
Which car should I book for several suitcases?
Choose for passengers and bags together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV adds passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell us the number and sizes of large cases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair or unusual items, so the office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Can I request a child seat for the airport journey?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat (birth to 12 months), a child seat (9 months to 4 years) and a booster (4 to 12 years).
Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements. Include the seat and any pushchair in your space requirements and agree the arrangement before travel.
What if I need to cancel my transfer?
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. After dispatch a charge applies, up to the full fare once the driver has arrived at the pickup. Contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Which terminal should I put on the booking?
Use the terminal shown by your airline for your individual flight. Heathrow passenger flights use Terminals 2, 3, 4 and 5; the return flight may use a different terminal.
Is pickup from my home or a station?
Pickup is from your booked address. The local stations in the transport comparison are alternatives, not the default private-hire pickup point.
Can I get help with bags or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage space with the office.
If you need an escort inside a building, the office can discuss the task and agree any charge. For assistance at Heathrow, the airport asks you to arrange it through your airline or agent at least 48 hours before flying.
