YOUR QUOTE
Your quote reflects the journey, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell the office your arriving flight and terminal, full destination address, passenger count and luggage so we can arrange the right vehicle. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Heathrow parking is separate from the fare and charged at the airport’s price. Pay at the terminal pay station on the way out, or repay your driver if they have paid. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms; discuss these when booking.
ARRIVAL PLAN
From checking your flight to finding your destination, our office helps make the arrival plan clear.
Give us your flight number and terminal. The office checks the flight before dispatch, and your driver tracks it once assigned. Ask for meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another pickup place with us before or around arrival. Ask about a name board if you would like one.
Normally the driver parks and enters the terminal 20 minutes after landing. If you would prefer a later entry, arrange it before pickup. Tell the office or driver if immigration, baggage or a runway hold delays you, so the driver can enter later and help limit parking costs. Waiting outside is still waiting and may be chargeable.
Give us the full address and postcode, plus the entrance and any access details. If you have extra stops, include them in your journey plans.

Request meet and greet inside arrivals at no extra service charge, or arrange another pickup place with the office before or around your arrival. Give us your flight number and terminal so we can advise on the meeting option; airport parking is payable separately. If you cannot find your driver, contact our office for help.
Choose for passengers and luggage together. An estate offers more luggage space than a saloon; an MPV has more passenger seats, but using those seats can reduce luggage space. Tell the office how many large cases and cabin bags you have, along with any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual items, so we can agree a suitable vehicle.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Options include a rear-facing baby seat for birth to 12 months, a child seat for 9 months to 4 years, and a booster for 4 to 12 years.
Tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat needs; agree the seat and its cost before travel. Include the seat and any pushchair when discussing space for your party.
Cancellation is free before your driver is dispatched. A charge may apply after dispatch, so contact the office as soon as your plans change.
Tell the office or your driver as soon as you can. The driver can delay terminal entry to help limit parking costs, but waiting outside is still waiting and may be chargeable. Agree the applicable waiting terms when booking.
Yes. We can arrange the journey to your home or hotel; give us the full address, postcode and any entrance or access details. Include any additional stops in your enquiry so they can be agreed as part of the journey.
Your booking can move to your new flight without a charge for the flight change. Contact the office with the new details. If the change means a different airport or journey, the office will agree the revised arrangements and quote where appropriate.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
