KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided on request. Agree the meeting arrangement and provide contact details; if you cannot find your driver, the 24-hour office can help. Express pickup is a separate airport option where the driver must stay with the vehicle.
Choose your Kew destination
Give the full address and postcode, including the entrance or any extra stops. If you are going to Kew Gardens, name the gate; if travelling to a station, specify which one.
Travelling onward by train instead? Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. These are airport-end connections, so plan the onward journey to your exact Kew destination, including changes and luggage.

Kew Gardens rail and Underground stations share Station Approach, Richmond, TW9 3BZ. Kew Bridge station is a different destination at TW8 9QS. For the gardens themselves, specify the visitor gate: Victoria Gate is TW9 3JR.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Book your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. A station is your destination only if that is where you ask to go.
How do I choose a vehicle for my luggage?
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party.
Tell the office the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
What if my flight is delayed?
Contact the office if your arrival plans change so it can discuss the collection with you. Airport waiting can be chargeable; ask the office about the applicable waiting and parking terms for your booking.
Can I arrange help with bags or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately with the office.
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
